Client approvals in Cadenus: from review link to signed off
How to run a clean approval loop: send one secure review link, let the client approve or comment from their phone, batch revisions into one round, and keep every decision on the record.

Cadenus is the operations platform video agencies run on. Approvals are where agency time goes to die: feedback scattered across WhatsApp, email and a phone call, no clear deadline, nobody sure what was actually agreed. Cadenus turns the whole loop into one link and one record. Here is how to run it.
Send one review link
When an edit reaches "ready for review", open the work item (the card for that deliverable) and hit Send for client review. Cadenus generates one secure link, the only place feedback happens. There is no new tool for the client and no chasing comments across three threads. Copy it, send it, and the review clock starts.
What your client sees
The client opens the link on their phone, with no account, no app and nothing to learn. They watch the cut and either approve it or request changes with a comment. Revisions are batched into one round, so three separate "can you also..." messages become a single list, and a two-week revision turns into a two-day one. Every comment lands back on the work item, word for word.

Each version, each request and each approval is stamped automatically: who, what and when. It is permanent and part of the audit log, so "did the client approve this?" is never a question again, and the relationship stops running on memory and good faith.
