We're an agency that built its own operating system.
Cadenus comes out of Brand Mastery — a working video marketing agency producing reels and ads for clients on retainers. We built the system to fix our own Mondays, ran it daily until it earned trust, and opened it to other agencies.
The founder
A growth person, not a tools person.
Bogdan Cimpan co-founded Brand Mastery and spent years growing client accounts the unglamorous way — production schedules, approval chases, posting calendars and margin math. Cadenus exists because no tool wanted to own that whole job.

How we work
Four principles we can be held to.
Agency-first, always
Cadenus runs our own agency before it runs yours. Features ship when our team stops working around them — not when a roadmap says so.
Honest by default
No invented numbers, no fake logos, no “enterprise-grade” adjectives. What we claim is specific and verifiable — on this site and in the product.
Onboarded by a human
Founding agencies are set up personally. Partly service, mostly because your first week's friction is our best product feedback.
Calm software
Dark, fast, quiet. The product should lower your pulse, not raise it — rhythm over noise is the whole brand.
