How does the 14-day trial work?
Sign up — no credit card — and get a full workspace for 14 days: 20 brands, 10 team members, white-label reports and 100 AI actions. Subscribe inside the app when you're ready; if you don't, the workspace simply pauses until you do.
What counts as a “brand”?
An active client or a standalone posting brand — anything you manage content for. Archived clients don't count against the limit.
How do Radar channels work?
Radar channels are the creator and competitor accounts you add to your watchlist across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. Cadenus scans them automatically every day, surfaces the videos that outperform their own baseline, and explains why, so you start each week from what's already working. Your plan sets how many channels you can watch at once (20 on Starter, 50 on Agency, 100 on Scale); swap channels in and out anytime.
What happens if I hit a plan limit?
You get a warning at 80% of any monthly limit, and a clear in-app message at 100% — nothing breaks silently, and existing work is never blocked. From there: add a single add-on, or upgrade (it applies immediately).
Can I extend one limit without upgrading?
Yes — that's what add-ons are for: extra seats (€9), storage (from €9), Radar channels (€15), AI actions (€19), report packs (€9, Agency and up) and X accounts (€5). Added and removed monthly from Settings → Billing.
Do clients or guest reviewers cost a seat?
Never. Clients review and approve through the portal without an account — only your team members count toward the member limit.
How does annual billing work?
Annual plans cost 10× the monthly price — two months free. You can switch between monthly and annual from the billing portal.
How do I cancel?
Self-serve, anytime, from Settings → Billing via the Stripe customer portal. Your data remains exportable (GDPR export) before and after.
