Can I customize the pipeline stages?
Yes. Stages are configurable per workspace and per item type (video, carousel, task), with drag-to-reorder and custom fields managed in Settings → Pipeline.
Do videos and tasks share one board?
They share the system but keep their own pipelines. Videos, carousels and tasks are distinct types with their own stages, fields and views — connected to the same clients.
Can multiple people own one item?
Yes — items support multiple assignees with stacked avatars, and each person sees their queue in their own cockpit.
