Zero mentions of Cadenus — the agency's logo, colors and domain, end to end

White-label social media management software lets an agency run client approvals, reports and publishing under its own brand instead of the vendor's. The agency works in the platform; its clients see the agency's logo, the agency's emails and — at the full tier — the agency's own domain.

Every client-facing surface

What wears your brand.

Four surfaces are all a client ever touches. White-label covers each one — reports are already under your letterhead on every plan today.

Client approval portal

The portal where clients review and sign off carries your logo, your name and your colors. No vendor brand in the header, the login screen or the favicon.

white-label add-on

Reports & PDFs

Monthly client reports go out under your letterhead — your logo and identity on every page a client keeps or forwards.

Live on every plan

Client emails

Magic-link logins and notifications reach your clients with your agency as the sender — not a tool they've never heard of.

white-label add-on

Your own domain

portal.youragency.com instead of a vendor URL, with client emails sent from your domain. The deepest version of “this is our platform.”

Pricing

One add-on. Everything included.

White-label stacks on any Cadenus plan— you don't buy a bigger tier to hide our logo, and there is no "lite" version holding the domain hostage.

White-Label
€79 / month

One flat add-on on top of any plan

  • Your logo and name across the client portal — header, login, favicon
  • No "Cadenus" and no "powered by" anywhere your client looks
  • Client portal on your own domain — portal.youragency.com, TLS automatic
  • Client emails sent from your domain (DKIM-verified), with your agency as sender
  • Reports under your letterhead (every plan has this today)

The market, honestly

Most tools don't offer this. The rest charge $200+.

ToolHow white-label is soldPrice
CadenusOne add-on on any plan, everything included€79/mo
SendibleSeparate “White Label” productfrom ~$268–315/mo
SocialPilotGated into a top-tier plan~$200/mo
Vista SocialHigher plans onlyincluded, top plans
PlanableNot offered
Sprout SocialNot offered
HootsuiteNot offered

The shape of the market: Planable, Sprout Social and Hootsuite offer no white-label at all, and the tools that do — Sendible from about $268 a month, SocialPilot at about $200 — sell it as a separate product or a top-tier plan. Cadenus prices it as one €79 add-on with everything included, on top of plans that already run €79–149 flat.

Why agencies white-label

Three returns on €79.

01 · Positioning

Bill it as your platform.

Agencies that present “our platform” charge for it — as part of the retainer or as a line item. The tool disappears; the capability becomes yours.

02 · Retention

Clients learn your portal, not a vendor's.

Every approval your client makes happens in your branded space, at your domain. Switching agencies would mean leaving “your” platform — the deepest retention an agency can buy.

03 · Perception

Look as big as your work.

A branded portal on your own domain reads as “they built this.” For a five-person agency pitching against bigger shops, that impression does real work in the room.

How it works

Live in a day, not a migration.

Add your identity

Upload your logo and set your colors in workspace settings — the same identity already used on your report letterheads.

We flip white-label on

Cadenus disappears from every client-facing surface: portal, login, emails, PDFs. Your clients see only your agency.

Point your domain

Add one DNS record and the portal answers on your subdomain, TLS included. Verify your email domain and even the magic links come from you.

FAQ

White-label, answered.

What is white-label social media management software?

Software an agency runs under its own brand: the client-facing surfaces — the approval portal, reports, notification emails, even the domain — carry the agency's name and logo instead of the vendor's. The agency does the work in the platform as usual; its clients only ever see the agency's brand.

How much does white-label social media management software cost?

Standalone white-label products are expensive: Sendible White Label starts around $268–315 a month and SocialPilot gates white-label into a plan at about $200 a month. Cadenus prices it as one complete add-on at €79 a month flat, on top of any plan — branded portal, branded emails, reports and your own domain, all included.

Which social media management tools offer white-label?

Cadenus (€79/month add-on, everything included), Sendible (separate White Label product, from ~$268–315/month), SocialPilot (top-tier plans) and Vista Social (higher plans) offer real white-label. Planable, Sprout Social and Hootsuite do not offer white-label at all — their brand stays on everything your client sees.

Is this white-label software, or a white-label posting service?

Software. Your team plans, produces and publishes the work in Cadenus; the white-label add-on controls whose brand your clients see. If you are looking for an outsourced team that runs social media for your clients under your brand, that is a white-label service — a different thing, and not what this page offers.

Can the client portal run on my own domain?

Yes — it is part of the add-on, not a higher tier. You point a CNAME like portal.youragency.com at Cadenus, TLS is provisioned automatically, and your clients review and approve from your domain. Client-facing emails — magic links, notifications — can be sent from your domain too, once it is verified.
