Cadenus is the operations platform video agencies run on, and the board is its core. Your board, your stages
Every reel, carousel and task is a card on a board you shape to your agency: your stages, your custom fields, your assignees. Drag a card from Editing to Review and the history stamps itself. Anything sitting too long gets flagged before it becomes a fire, so the Monday meeting confirms the plan instead of uncovering surprises.
Inside a work item
Open a card and the whole story is there: where it is in the pipeline, who owns it, the client, the deadline, the channels it ships to, and the conversation, all in one place. No more reconstructing context from chat, email and memory. The card is the single source of truth for that deliverable.

When it's ready, it moves on
When an edit reaches "ready for review", the card is one click from the client portal: send the review link straight from the work item, and the approval lands back on the same card. Production and approval are one continuous thread, not two tools taped together.
