Client management in Cadenus: run every account from one hub

How to manage active clients in Cadenus: see your whole book ranked by health, open one client to a full workspace (boards, brand voice, time, history) with clear ownership, run a per-client content engine from Radar to script to pipeline, and send a white-label report.

Cadenus is the operations platform video agencies run on, and once a lead becomes a client, this is where you run the relationship. Sales gets them in the door, covered in the sales pipeline guide. Client management is everything after, and it is the deepest part of the product: your whole book ranked by health, and every client a full workspace with boards, assignable tasks, a content engine, a timeline that writes itself, and a client-facing portal and report. Here is the whole thing.

Your whole book, by health

The portfolio shows every client at once, ranked by health: on track, watch, or at risk, with each retainer beside it. Sort by health to see the fires first, or by retainer to see what matters most. Health is a real signal, not a vibe: missed approvals and days of silence pull an account toward red while you can still save it. And visibility is scoped, so each person sees the clients they own and their team's, not the whole agency's laundry.

Open a client, and it's a full workspace

One client is not a row, it is a space. Inside it: a video board and a task board scoped to just them, content ideas, brand voice, notes, time logged, onboarding and a full history. The summary catches you up in seconds, what is active, what is in progress and what is blocked, and it is always clear who is responsible, each person with their function, so "who handles Atlas?" is never a question again.

Tasks, assigned to real people

Work on an account is not just the videos, it is the dozen small things around them, and Cadenus tracks every one as a task on the client's own board: planned, in progress, blocked, done. Assign each task to the people responsible, more than one if it is shared, give it a deadline, and drag it across as it moves. Blocked work sits in its own column where you can see it, instead of dying quietly in a chat thread. Everyone on the account knows what they own without a status meeting to find out.

Every client has a content engine

This is the part no spreadsheet does. Teach Cadenus the client's brand voice once, their niche, their context, a sample of their writing, and it powers everything downstream. Outliers you save from Radar land in that client's idea inbox; shortlist the ones worth making, and the AI drafts a script in their voice, research, hook and body. Approve it and send it to the pipeline in one move: it becomes a video on the board with the script already attached for the editor. Radar to brief to production, per client, without ever leaving the hub.

A timeline that writes itself

You never have to ask "what happened with this client?" again. Every move writes itself to the client's timeline: the lead converted, a video changed stage, an approval came in, a revision was requested, a task finished, someone was assigned, a post went live. Each event is grouped by day and stamped with who and when. It is the full institutional memory of the account, so an answer that used to need a chat archaeology dig now takes one scroll, and handing an account to a new team member is a link, not a meeting.

The portal and the white-label report

Each client gets a branded portal where they review and approve work, and you control exactly which of their emails get the link. At month end the report is one click: a white-label PDF under your own logo and colours, with posts, reach, engagement and the month's wins, ready to send. The client experiences a tidy, professional operation, because that is precisely what it is.
